Room: We asked for a quiet room and got one on the 19th floor, tucked away in a corner. Could hear faint sounds of street noise, but not enough to be bothered to ask for a room change. Spacious and clean.

Service: We had our do not disturb sign up but they serviced the room anyways. Unusual, and momentarily concerning since our valuables weren't locked up. Didn't realize at the time but my passport may have fallen under the table in the room because of this, but can't say for sure. The general manager was very prompt in getting the passport sent back to me though, which was excellent.

Overall, would definitely stay again at the right price. Thanks again to GM Rafik for the timely response in getting my passport back to me.
