Mike was great! He diagnosed my Compressor (AC) problem within minutes and had it fixed in less than an hour. But he tested the new part's performance thoroughly before he closed it back up.
When I asked him about replacement units he took time to look at the entire system and suggest several solutions that would work with a price range that was competitive. I really enjoyed speaking with him and plan to use Vernon again in the future.
