Dr. Kemp is AMAZING! I can t thank him enough for what he did for my dog and family!
My golden doodle was scratched on the face by another dog and it was very severe. In less than 24 hours his eye bruised, became inflamed and ruptured and the eye needed to be removed. He stayed late on a Saturday afternoon to do his surgery; called us in the late evening to keep us updated on his condition and had him stay overnight for motoring to make sure he was safe and healthy. He went through step by step of what was going to happen: pre-op, during surgery, and post-op instructions (at least 12 times because of us asking so many times due to being so nervous/devastated-he didn t get annoyed once; just answered calmly and made us feel taken care of). He came in on a Sunday morning to help us and made sure he was okay after surgery, and that we were informed of what was happening. Of course he could of handed it off to the on call doctor but he helped us throughout the whole procedure and made us feel calm through one of the scariest moments of our lives!
The prices were unbelievable low and we are incredibly grateful for the wonderful care for our family member from this clinic! They have A LIFETIME PATIENT!!!
