My husband and I stayed at Battery Wharf Hotel on August 24,2018 . We paid way to much for a very small room. The next morning we order a pot of coffee (room service) .We got charged $52 for this order .Front desk couldn't explain the charge and blamed Expedia .We had a flight to catch so I decided I'd deal with this once we return home. As of today, September 18, 2018, I still haven't received a return call from guest services .
Also, charged $22.89 for a resort fee???? Really???? Paid $400+ for the room. Never stay here again or recommend this hotel!
