This company does not value customers time or state protocol! I filed a claim communication is HORRIBLE! The email process does not go to your adjuster it goes to a company email that has to be sent to your adjuster. My adjuster kept saying she had everything and then would say she needed something else a week later. She would only call me if I called her and little to no update on the process. Denied my claim on the last day over something I asked them to take off on week 2. I WILL NEVER USE this company again. Please use a real insurance company like Farmers or Liberty or Nationwide! This company will do nothing but call frustration!
