Outstanding service experience from calling for an appointment to finish! Friendly and timely help scheduling today's visit. Bill was prompt, and very knowledgeable. He evaluated the problem and offered several plausible solutions. Bill was professional and worked to repair the water heater. He was informative about each step of the process and, when finished, cleaned up thoroughly. I would highly recommend Genz-Ryan to everyone, and will use them again.
