We had an electrical problem that couldn't be foun...

We had an electrical problem that couldn't be found and fixed. The repair Technician left without doing anything and charged us....I was upset and started posting negative reviews. What I should have done was contact Jeff the Customer Service Manager first. After I did talk with Jeff, he explained what happened and refunded the full amount. We were not charged for work not done. Thank you for this excellent customer service. I feel heard and appreciated as a customer!
