I was tired of over paying my credit card processor. Never was able to speak with a customer rep. Everything by email. Had very little protection and they wouldn t assist me with fraudulent charge backs. Since I switched to precision payments I have had no issues and Ilir provides immediate customer support to answer any questions that arise (usually shows up within the hour to make sure all is well. Point of service sales are easy to do and easily managed. And the bonus to all of this great service is the money I am saving on every transaction. Thanks Ilir .
