My service advisor was Bob Horrell. From the moment I arrived, Bob was professional, technically knowledgeable, understanding, excellent listener, and very customer focussed. I need other work completed in the near future, and will continue to interface with Bob on all my truck service needs! I bought my Silverado new at Bob Jass, and will consider them as my first choice for my next new truck purchase. Another positive... the meat market 'Ream's' is directly next door North... :) !!
