The first time I went there, I scheduled my appointment many days ahead. The estimated repair time was supposedly less than a hour. However, when I got there, I was told that my car won't be fixed until the next day. When I called the second day, they told me that they had no record of my car ever been there at all. No matter how I beg, the lady at the phone refuse to look for my car. It was quite a scare, but eventually I found my car by myself.
This time when I dropped off my car, I asked for a receipt. The service advisor said NO. I told him what happened last time, but he insisted that there is nothing he can do, and I simply just have to trust him. When I called later to see if the repair was finished, once again they cannot locate my car, and then transfer me to a voice machine. I called again, then then they put me on hold forever.
I cannot commet on their services, because both time I was there for the repairs of recalled parts. I felt no difference whatsoever before and after the repairs. What I know is that their services really sucks.
