I became that stereotypical scenario this past Saturday: 3 hrs into a 10+ hr drive home from vacation when my alternator decided to quit. Family of 4, 93 degrees w/out A/C, stranded in an unfamiliar town. Tow truck indicated nearly all repair shops were either closed for the weekend or soon would be. We chose to try our luck and tow to Crown Honda. Even though they were busy and 2 hrs from closing, the manager (Matt) hooked me up w a technician lead (Michael) and although they couldn t promise me much on first glance, were able to diagnose and repair the problem by 6pm. It may have been 1:30am when we finally made it home...but thx to Crown, we weren t forced to book a hotel and waste a day twiddling our thumbs waiting. I can t say enough about how well I was treated!!
