It's a very cool experience. I didn't like the pod very much that takes you to the top and back. If you don't like right enclosed spaces you should avoid going up. There are stairs that you have to navigate. Not many and they are sturdy with no open backs (if you are like me that matters lol). Book online. Allow all the time they state for security. The entrance is underground and not at the base of either side of the arch. This was a not confusing. Follow the markings on the pathway ground for best direction
