This apartment complex is awful!! There are all kinds of fees if any changes need to be made to your roommate situation that they do NOT mention. 560$ to be exact!!! They are shady in their discounts saying they will waive your 500$ amenities fee and you 60$ application fee if you are Military. This is only true for people that set up autopay through DFAS!! So reservists on active orders this is NOT a good option because of pay issues. Our bill is constantly wrong with random 100$ extra charges. The apartments are dingy and in need of a new coat of paint, new carpet etc. It did NOT come with a freaking basic microwave!!! Lastly our washer and dryer is STILL not working and hasn t been properly since we moved in. Do NOT
