Worst experience ever.. staff is not in a capacity...

Worst experience ever.. staff is not in a capacity to handle the crowd. Especially HH honors. don't ever enter the HHonors line for checkin or checkout. The HHonors members are supposed to get better and faster service but it's just opposite. There is just one person at the reception to handle HHonors members while there are 6 for non HHonor. Why the heck you would want to be a HHomor member!?
Slow, inefficient receptionist. Also, they would never mention about self parking. Valet parking is $35 which is not mentioned any where.self parking is $25. Save time, enjoy your Niagra experience by not staying at Hilton. Many of the inn nearby have much faster services there!
