From the moment we walked in Austin came over and helped us right away. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and overall great to work with. He was willing to go back and forth multiple times between us and the sales manager (Mike who also was excellent) to ensure our needs and wants were heard. We really felt a personal connection at Magnussen and that they were going above and beyond the sale. Great job guys and thank you again
