My experience at Northside Lexus was only a hair above that of an independent used car dealer you find on every street corner, not that of a Lexus dealer. They were very unprofessional and deceptive in my efforts to purchase a GX model. In a phone conversation I was told by JJ the salesman a certain vehicle was available. I stated I would be there within the hour with an intent to purchase the car. He stated he would hold the key to the vehicle to avoid it selling until I arrived. I arrived in 35 minutes only to be told...Sorry, the car was sold! Northside Lexus and JJ did not demonstrate pride in the Lexus Logo, their dealership, nor their customer. In the last 15 yrs I have purchased two new Lexus vehicles and one low mileage used Lexus. Had I not expected better treatment from a Lexus dealer, I would not have been so disappointed. Lexus consumers deserve better than Northside Lexus.
