Expensive. Not to mention they have lost their customer support edge in the last couple years. I actually had to wait for people to come back from personal vacation before getting my paperwork done. It took a month for paperwork and licensing of my truck. Sad to say my last experience was the exact common fear of society when dealing with an automobile purchase.
