In connection with Corona, I had reset our colleagues' subscriptions to 'no subscription' - chatted with an NS employee that same day to ask if this could also be done retroactively. Unfortunately that was not the case. But so be it.

2.5 months later I find out that the change has not been made administratively and we are still paying for a route-free subscription of 5 employees.

Apparently I should have received a confirmation (by e-mail) and I did not receive it. Therefore the change is not final.
As proof I sent my conversation with the NS employee, so that it could be seen that I actually tried to change the subscriptions that day. Unfortunately this does not matter.

It has been a month and a half now to solve this and I will not be called back after this has been promised by telephone.

Sad state of affairs, especially if the conclusion after 30 days of calling, emailing and making it difficult that no courtesy can take place, do not ask me to send screenshots etc.

Just put the subscriptions on a free plan again and still not receive confirmation by email.
