I had both positive and negative experiences with Brase Scott St Farm Ins Agcy. On one hand, their customer service was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they were able to answer all my questions. However, I had some issues with the claims process. It took longer than expected and there were some delays in communication. Overall, it was a decent experience.
