Love their numerous tvs & fresh oysters! However, the horrible waitstaff a major turnoff. I've lost count of how many times we have helped ourselves at the waitress station to get small plates for appetizers, hot sauce, ketchup, clean silverware, etc. Also, the bartenders have no clue how to make a Whiskey Sour, Old Fashioned, or other mixed drinks. I guess they are used to customers only ordering beer or shots. Their parking lot is always slammed, so maybe that's why the management doesn't see the need to better train their staff.
