Horrible customer service. Can never get a hold of...

Horrible customer service. Can never get a hold of property manager. Constantly call and am told my question will be answered in 24/48 hrs. Still haven t heard back!! Even City Of Toronto complained about them. Said the property management company was notified weeks ago about water shut off...residents were not!
