The service here is terrible. Housekeeping is poor - they either won't come or don't fulfill basic requirements. The front desk is completely incompetent - they can't handle basic requests like dinner reservations. Waitstaff at multiple restaurants and the spa were rude and unhelpful. Wifi doesn't work. Rooms aren't stocked with basic amenities (chairs for the balcony, glassware, etc). For the price you pay this place does not deliver.

EDIT: the response below pretty much proves my point. If they understood customer service the manager would be reaching out to me. Beware.
