This company s products and services are definitely world-class. We re-ordered 5 bottles of Healthy Gum for our young 1-year old cat last Friday. We first placed the order on their US website by mistake. Customer service contacted us right away and cancelled that wrong order for us. So we placed right order on the Canadian website in the next hour. Then an email was received earlier Sunday morning regarding shipment tracking information. By 6:30 pm Sunday, the box was already at our front door! Customer service of this company has always been super-helpful on timely basis, by phone and by email.
