I've been going to Fitness 1 Express for a while now, and I must say, it's one of the best gyms I've ever been to. The equipment is top-notch, and there's a wide variety of classes to choose from. The instructors are really helpful and make sure you're doing the exercises correctly. The atmosphere is comfortable and not intimidating at all. I love coming here and getting a good workout in!
