The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were clean. As for customer service, not so much. The restaurant/lounge had the a staff that quite possibly was the worst wait staff I have ever had. We went down for dinner and drinks on Friday night and the girl serving us drinks gave us our bill after every drink and would not come back until we waived her over. Her response would be "oh, your not done YET?" and "you guys still want another?". I finally said to the girl "do you not want us here?" The next evening we made sure to sit right at the bar so that we could get better service.
Our last morning there we went down for brunch and were told that they were full. It was kind of funny though because they honestly had 3 tables sat. People were complaining everywhere. It was unreal! It was brunch buffet and there was very little to do for the servers. They had no idea what they were doing, and were running circles around themselves and getting nothing accomplished while they were doing it. It was just kind of sad that the restaurant has such bad service because the building is stunning. They need a to replace the entire staff in the restaurant/lounge. I have been in the service industry for about 20 yrs and I honestly was a bit shocked with such poor service.
