We were expecting a little more from the Ritz. It was very busy during our stay but the hotel needs to be updated. No vents in the bathrooms. Doors didnt close all the way. Fans in the AC units are extremely loud. Also my Marriott profile did not carry over or wasnt paid attention to. Staff was extremely nice and attentive otherwise the score would have been lower.
