Poor. I get in touch because a few days ago I received the 5th shipment of the batman and superman collection and in which it had to come (by paying an extra 1.5 from the 5th delivery that came in the 2nd shipment) volume 1/4 of the fall of the bat, but it did not come to me.

After calling, they confirm that they shit it and that they come in the next shipment, the 6th, along with the gift of the 6th shipment, the shipment itself and ... the 1/4 "trinity" supplement, which is worth 25 of which I already notified by mail almost two weeks ago that I did not want it (since in the advertising email they sent in the small print they tell you that if you do not notify they send it to you without your consent) without getting a response today.

After explaining that:

A) I already said that I didn't want trinity and I don't know why they wanted to send it to me.
B) That I wanted to cancel my subscription and that was why I was waiting for volume 1/4 of the bat's fall.

Neither did I want the 6th shipment nor the gift of the 6th shipment, so they only sent me the supplement already paid and agreed; that's when they tell me to ride and pedal, that if I unsubscribe they won't give me the supplement already paid even if I contact them once they have it. And I ask myself: on top of not letting me know, I get in touch with you and discover that you want to sneak in "trinity", won't you give me something that I have already paid for?

Regrettable. I have several options:

A) Complaint to consumption or denunciation for not complying with the contracted part with what was agreed.
B) Receive the 6th shipment, take out the supplement that belongs to me and after returning the receipt in the bank, take the 6th shipment back, along with the gift of the aforementioned (If I do this, they have told me that they put me in arrears despite that the first to not keep their word are them, on top of telling them that they would return the 6th shipment that would be the returned receipt).

I do not care, but I do not plan to pay for something I do not want, or for something I have already paid for.
