Car buying experience was fantastic, that s where it all goes downhill. When I bought my car, it was missing the map SD card so I got an IOU in writing from them stating they would get me one and it would be there within the week. It is now about 5 weeks later and I still haven t received it. Every call I make to the sales person I worked with who promised it to me and their customer loyalty department is not answered or returned after leaving many voicemails. Absolutely horrible way to treat a client.
