I have had the pleasure of working with Diane Christensen several times, from a long distance. While still living in Michigan, she helped me select a leather sectional for our new home in California. 10 months later, she helped me again with the selection of two chairs and ottoman, also shipped to CA. Her communication was timely and responsive, she was phenomenal at sending me leather swatches quickly, and processed my orders efficiently. She is also very good at staying in communication during the custom order process (it took 8-10 weeks to complete the orders, and several more weeks to have them shipped to the west coast). Shipping went smoothly, delivery personnel they contract with are great, and I am a very happy customer. The price paid for the high quality received was better than anything I could find locally, even including shipping costs. Can't say enough about Diane - she is amazing!
