Both myself & my husband are so grateful to Dr. Cook for providing Covid-19 vaccinations.
Dr. Cook sent out emails to notify his patients & we had our vaccinations at his office on Tuesday. The process was organized & on time.
We have a returning appointment for the second
vaccine. I am so impressed & thankful for Dr. Cook & his staff.
