The service department is terrible. Expect an oil change to take over an hour. For other service you can schedule an appointment but they won't honor it. I dropped my car off the night before for a 9:00 appointment and it hadn't even been touched by 10:30! Then I was asked if I want to reschedule. What's the point if you're not going to keep it? Do yourself a favor and go to Dorsch Ford.
