Very helpful at first I'm grateful for what they did for my family and I but I couldn't get a response for the longest time until I was informed my case was closed. However I'm thankful for any help at all!
Update.... My case worker has contacted me twice reopened my case has been so helpful and I'm so thankful! An angel in disguise! Thanks cherrel
