We purchased a beautiful runner for the stairs leading to our second floor from Marshall Carpet. There were a couple of challenges along the way including a tricky stair configuration, a customer (me) with a very specific taste in carpet, and dealing with COVID during the purchase and installation. Matthew Banner (our sales rep) was professional and friendly throughout the entire process. We love how the runner looks and enjoy it every day! I highly recommend Marshall Carpet One.
