The food was 3 star but extremely bad service. I am completely disappointed in the lack of management and supervision in relation to how they oversee staff and customer relationships coming into their establishment!

There were certainly enough staff on hand but it seemed like they made an effort to NOT acknowledge or serve us. As a former bar owner for many years, you hope that staff realizes that customer service is one component to a successful business. This staff did not seem to care that my family entered their bar/restaurant. Never, ever allow your staff to judge others by what they look like or what they think they are about! Great management trains employees to understand this.

Treat every patron as if you were happy that they came to see you. Please understand, my family sat and continued to give you all a chance.

A complete Epic Failure!
