We had the financing of an energetic renovation (KfW loan) of our apartment financed. Of all the credit institutions asked, the Umweltbank was the only one that proactively marketed KfW loans. The advice was very competent. The clerk was interested in our concern and gave us valuable tips on how to handle the construction financing. Unfortunately there are no current accounts here, otherwise I would have switched completely to the environmental bank.
