:( Their customer service has been declining over time! My bought a vehicle form here about 1.5 years ago and we are just ready for our 3rd regular checks, the phone receptions have been extremely rude and difficult to schedule with and difficult to work with. I don't know what is going on. I called 3 times to schedule without success for the first two and now I am so overdue. Third time, I was lucky enough to schedule, but with extremely unsatisfying experiences and bitter taste in my mouth. Since my car is over due for the service,I asked if they can notify me if a spot opens up for an earlier date/time, so I can get my car checked out ASAP, but the answer was "NOPE!" without any other comments. I asked politely and she said "we don't do such things." I told her I've done it in the past and her response was again, no other words, but "NOPE!" Extremely rude and unhappy with the service! :( I hope they consider replacing a phone reception lady at the service department!!!
