Paid extra for late check out when booking online,...

Paid extra for late check out when booking online, but cleaning staff walked into our room twice in 30 minute time frame despite the privacy sign on the door. Front desk then called and claimed to have no knowledge of our late check out even though we booked directly through the hotel website. I had a confirmation email with the details & she apologized, but did not offer to do anything for the inconvenience such as refund what we paid for late check out even though our late check out was clearly already ruined. Normally do not have problems at this hotel though.
