this has to be one the most worst internet providers around along with very poor call center staff who have no idea what they are talking about, the only thing they know is I'm sorry sir or mam...
Brought a D-Link 1900 router which is compatible with and NBN network provider around the world except that iinet system doesn't support it so be careful when choosing a better Modem or router.
call center staff are non English specking people who have no idea on how to spell names or even birth dates, they get into following a process in front of them then at the end say i'm sorry we are unable to help you and will escalate to the next level.
management staff are not bad but again fail to following up with the customer on how things are coming along and not leave it for 3-4 days again. the only thing their good at is sending emails stating we are looking into your issue and give a reference number but nothing else.
