I have never used their service. However, I was stuck behind a "the auto vault" truck and large trailer for about an hour on Hwy1 south in southern Mendocino county. If they haul vehicles in their trailers, I strongly recommend against their service. On blind curves, and nearly 90% of the time we were stuck behind them, they were driving over the line into the oncoming traffic lane, with oncoming traffic sometimes needing to stop for their vehicle to get out of their lane. Worst driving I've seen in years! If they don't haul vehicles, you might be okay, but they may be late, due to a driving accident.
