I recently had the opportunity to work with Intro Tec and had an overall average experience. The website, intro-tec.com, is user-friendly, but I found the information to be somewhat lacking. The customer service was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement. Overall, my experience was neither exceptional nor poor.
