I recently had a consultation with a doctor through telecareanywhere.com. The experience was mixed. While the doctor was knowledgeable and provided accurate information, the customer support was lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my queries. Overall, I am satisfied with the medical advice but disappointed with the customer service.
