If I would give ZERO rating, I would do that. Got a 5600$ bill to pay for 3 semester then found out that I m being charged as an out of state student, although I lived in NY for more than six years!. Went to the registerar office and their response was we can only adjust the current semester, that s all we can do . Then what was shocking, is that i ve a disability and the only way to go to school is to drive and park in handicap spot where I usually do by the NAC. Oneday i went and the security guy didn t allow me in and the reason was I don t have a permit. I had no choice except parking outside and ofcourse I got parking ticket. I called the parking office at CCNY and the response was there s no permits available and the only way is to get an evening parking permit for 150$ and it allows the parking from 3.30 to 6.30. R U CHARGING HANDICAP PPL TO LET THEM PARK THEIR CARS INSIDE?! R U KIDDIN ME?!. THIS CRAZINESS EXISTS ONLY IN CCNY AND THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES. What a big shame!!
