I called Courtesy Dodge to have my battery replace...

I called Courtesy Dodge to have my battery replaced. I was told then that I had two recalls on my vehicle and so I made an appointment to address them as well as my engine light being on. I was given a free rental during the service appointment. The recalls were fixed along with the catalytic converter for less than what I had been quoted at a garage I had used in the past. Sydney V. was excellent to work with! She had me set with the rental car, even extending it while parts were ordered. She kept me informed with the progress and pricing for my vehicle and made sure that everything was addressed with the repairs. She was able to walk me through some future maintenance that I'll be scheduling with her soon. I was very pleased with my experience at Courtesy Dodge and appreciated the great attitude of their staff!!
