There was no one to greet us when we walked up. We had to drag our luggae up the steps ourselves. The staff is not very helpful, they make excuses for everything rather than trying to fix the problem. The hotel is very clean but the rooms are small. Also there s no microwave for guests to use. We brought food in from a restaurant we went to earlier in the day and had to throw it away because we couldn t warm it up. Hate this place. They are Not accommodating at all.
