Terrible company. Everything their sales rep told me is a lie, every piece of equipment they gave me is broken and cost an exorbitant amount to repair. The door alarms fell off and shattered the cameras don't work and i can't reach the main control panel remotely. And even though nothing works it still cost over two thousand dollars to cancel or $75 a month for nothing. Or i could pay ~$300 to get equipment replaced that costs $100 on amazon. AVOID AT ALL COSTS OR IT WILL COST YOU.
