3 months after switching internet providers our doorbell camera stopped working. I was able to speak with Matthew in customer service and he worked with me for over an hour to fix the doorbell camera and the panel so they are both working perfectly. Matthew was extremely helpful and wanted to make sure all my issues were fixed.
