I love the car, and I feel that I did get a great deal. The staff appeared unsure of how the computer program(s) worked. Multiple men were also too familiar in their personal addresses to myself as a woman. I do not like to be described based on my appearance as if I should be gratified to be objectified. Your new financial manager was wonderful. Polite, professional, friendly. I've worked with him in the past at another Honda dealership and was pleased with his work then as well. Overall, don't leave new people alone when there is a deal being done. It's not helpful.
