Overall great hotel, though staff a bit inexperienced.

+ Excellent treatment of Globalist members

+ Rooms are spacious and are fairly well renovated

+ Hotel in general looks very nice and has a very luxurious feel to it

- Staff speaks inconsistent english, and service atypical of the usual Park Hyatt property

- Hotel does not provide any currency exchange services

- Water system for bath is unreliable, temperature fluctuates around 10-15c during usage
