I have been a 24hassistance customer for three years and I can be fully satisfied: the almost completely 'on-line' management of the policy and related assistance is very efficient, and even if sometimes you would prefer telephone contact with an operator (which is still possible ), generally the communication by e-mail is very fast and thorough. OK also for the on-line purchase of the policies starting from the estimates that are sent by e-mail when the expiry of the current coverage approaches: payment by credit card or rechargeable card type PostePay and immediate sending of the policy and relative certificate insurance (of course, bank transfer is also possible, with consequent waiting for the credit to take place to enter coverage).
