I have served as co-counsel with Robert Peirce & Associates on several occasions, working closely with Aaron Rihn and Bob Daley. Both are outstanding attorneys. Bob Daley is a pillar of the trial bar in Pittsburgh. Together, our firms litigated some of the most challenging civil rights cases in Western Pennsylvania, including the Allegheny County Strip Search Class action, several death cases at the Allegheny County Jail, and a medical privacy class action. They do excellent work, and any client would be lucky to have them as counsel in any case, especially those involving personal injury or civil rights issues.
